It Depends On Where You Want To Go

¡Hola!

Crazy busy week as usual!

In one of Cade´s emails he talked about contacting whole buses of people. I hadn´t done anything like that until the other day with my new comp we contacted a whole train car of people. I didn´t really want to do it but after you do it once then you really don´t have any embarrassment etc to always do it. We had to travel to Lujan for a meeting this past week and it´s about 3 hours away. My comp and I contacted basically the whole three hours there and the whole three hours back. All the Elders that were with us made fun of us but it seriously was the coolest thing. Most/pratically all of the people we contacted don´t live in our area but we did find a family that lives in Las Heras who we have started teaching and they are so wonderful. 6 hours of work was totally worth it.

My favorite scripture of the week is in 2 Nephi 2: 22-25, 27. Many people don´t understand the purpose of this life and are therefore unhappy with where their lives are. Which completely makes sense... because if you don´t know where you are going, how can you ever get there? I can´t remember if I shared this before but it´s like Alice in Wonderland when she meets the cat and asks which path she should take. He responds that it depends on where she wants to go, because if she doesn´t know where she wants to go then it doesn´t matter which path she takes.

I know that the only path that can lead to EVERLASTING happiness is the path of Jesus Christ and that we can only enter in at the gate of that path through baptism by someone having the proper authority of God.

Think about you often, pray for you always, and love you forever!
